Filling out this form shows intend to enroll your child in Monument View Montessori Charter School for the 2025-2026 school year. Applying students whose intent to enroll forms are received prior to the third Monday in February will be applicable for our lottery process on the first Monday in March; those applying after that time will be added to our waitlist. Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025, to enroll in Kindergarten. Our Preschool program accommodates potty-trained 3 year olds and 4 year olds, including those who qualify for UPK (Colorado’s Universal Preschool Program).

Completion of this form expresses your interest in enrolling your child in Monument View Montessori, a public charter school in Fruita, CO. You understand that submitting this form in no way guarantees your child enrollment in Monument View Montessori, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child. If the school is overenrolled in any grade level, a lottery will be held to determine which students are granted enrollment.
