Filling out this form shows intent to enroll your child in Monument View Montessori Charter School. You understand that submitting this form in no way guarantees your child enrollment in Monument View Montessori, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child. Please complete a separate form for each child you wish to enroll.

Admission Lottery: Interested students whose intent forms are received prior to the third Monday in February will be applicable for our lottery process, held on the first Monday in March. Later applications will be added to our wait list.

Tuition-free Elementary School: Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten.

Preschool Program: Children must be toilet-trained 3 or 4 year olds. We also accept and work with UPK (Colorado’s Universal Preschool Program assistant for 4 year olds in the state).
